Piracanga Reservation
a radical eco-summer experience
This winter Yonic is preparing the 2010 tropical summer edition with a new project - a Radical Summer in the Yonic Mangrove Reservation - a truly ecological experience addressed for tourism. A part of Yonic's patrimony consists of a piece of land bought for the purpose of preservation: it's an island located between mangrove and the Atlantic ocean, at the mouth of a small river birhtplace of the local fauna. You can observe and enjoy a unique landscape of Restinga (coastal tropical forest) far away from the city, white sand beach with turtle nesting, mangrove with birds and crabs, orchids and bromelias composing the most beautiful natural gardens.
Yonic wishes to make this magical beauty accessible for visitation hosting activites which have the obligation to contribute positively to the well being of the entire ecosystem. The ideal is to start now, so we have 5 to 6 month to be ready and we need financing for the project. The total budget sums up to € 35.000,-.
